The family of properties at Peagreen Locations have all been chosen because we believe they have the right look and feel for the lifestyle photography industry. We specialise in modern rustic and contemporary country style locations. They need to work practically as shoot locations, be inspiring, flexible and create the right environment to bring the client’s project to life.
The key elements that we are looking for –
Features
Inspirational features are essential to help create a story... we are looking for
natural flooring, stone, brick, wood or concrete
beautiful windows - wooden or Crittall
fireplaces - open or woodburners, both traditional and contemporary
good ceiling heights
wall finishes - raw or painted brick, peeling plaster, stone, panelling or matchboarding
Walls
The location needs to feel inspirational and unique, its key that the property should be flexible with neutral paint colours on the majority of the walls , to allow the shoot teams to create distinctive spaces. Multiple background options with both neutral and feature walls are helpful
Interior
There should be enough space for the photographer to pull back and for the shoot team to work comfortably, so the bigger the room the better!
The location should have at least 3 good rooms for shooting, ideally a kitchen, dining space and a living space. Main bedrooms, bathrooms, hall ways and children’s rooms are great additions too.
Light
Good natural light is really important through the property enabling the shoot team to work with natural daylight
Exterior
Beautiful front doors, barns , greenhouses and outbuildings are always in demand as well as lovely gardens
Furniture
Beautiful pieces and creative props help your property appeal to potential clients, but spaces should feel uncluttered and flexible
Location
The property needs to be easy to get to from London so ideally within 2.5 hours travel. It really helps if you have a gorgeous garden , greenhouse or outbuildings!
